摘要
根据香豆种子的结构特点,提出了一种新型的香豆胚乳片加工工艺及设备.该工艺流程是根据种子各组成的加工特性分步进行处理,研制了新型的子叶分离装置和搓碾组合机组设备,提高胚乳的回收率和纯净率.通过此工艺,香豆胶的回收率和性能上有了明显的提高,胶的回收率高达90%以上,黏度性能指标45~90mPa·s各档次产品均可获得,满足不同客户的要求,其中黏度≥80mPa·s、水不溶物≤10%的香豆胶,达到石油部标准.
Based on the characteristics of the fenugreek bean structure,the new technology and equipment for fenugreek splits were put forward.The technology valued for the step processing,according to the bean constitutes.The novel embryo grains separation equipment and grind equipment were developed,which improved the recovery and purity for fenugreek splits.Adopted the technology,the recovery ratio of fenugreek splits reached above 90% and the fenugreek gum had different level viscosity of 4590mPas.Especially the product of viscosity80mPas and the insoluble10% achieved the national criterion of petroleum.
