摘要
目的观察顺铂联合胸腺五肽治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法将60例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各30例)。观察组患者放尽胸水后经胸腔内注入顺铂加胸腺五肽进行治疗,对照组患者放尽胸水后经胸腔内注入顺铂进行治疗。结果观察组总有效率(83.3%)高于对照组(50%),两组有效率具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论顺铂联合胸腺五肽治疗恶性胸腔积液有确切疗效,明显提高化疗药物敏感性,进而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective to observe the curative effect of cisplatin on malignant pleural effusion combined with thymopentin at patients. Methods 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into trial group and control group,and each group was 30 patients. Cisplatin and thymopentin were injected into thoracic cavity in trial group patients after all pleural fluid released out, but only cisplatin was injected in control group.Results The complete response (CR) rates were 17% vs 7%(P<0.05), the partial response (PR) rates were all 8% (P>0.05), the total of No Change (NC) and Progression of Disease (PD) was 5% vs 15%(P<0.05), and the relative response (RR) rates were 83.3% and 50% (P<0.01) in trial group and control group, respectively. Conclusions There are some surely therapeutic effect for cisplatin combination with thymopentin on patients with malignant pleural effusion, and it can improve their quality of life (QOL) .
