摘要
为了持续提升企业的经营业绩,不少企业引入了一些比较系统和成熟的绩效管理工具和方法来运用于企业的经营管理实践。但是,当企业的实际经营业绩低于绩效目标时,这些绩效管理方法仍然缺乏提升企业业绩的有效手段。“卓越质量经营模式”则提供了一整套持续改善企业质量和经营业绩的有效方法,从而实现企业经营业绩的可持续提升。
In order to promote the business performances of enterprises continuously, many enterprises have introduced some more systematic and riper performances management tools and methods to the enterprises management practice. However,when the real business performances of enterprises are lower than the performance goal, the management methods are still lack of effective means to promote enterprise performance.The mode of remarkable quality management has offered a whole set of effective methods to improve enterprise's quality and business performance continuously,thus realize the sustainable promotion of enterprise's business performance.
