apain-catalyzed synthesis of Aspartame precursor in the
biphasic solvent and buffer pH. On the basisof the effect of different biphasic system that are
made up of ether,ester,alcohol,ketone and H2O onPapain-catalyzed synthesis of Aspartame
precursor,best biphasic solvent n-BuOH-H2O,buffer pH 6.2and reaction time 48h are found.
