摘要
行政许可机关运行机制的完善状态,直接关乎行政许可的公正性、效率性价值目标的实现程度。通过对我国《行政许可法》在行政许可机关运行机制上的创新及相关背景的分析,肯定了《行政许可法》明确相对集中行政许可权和统一行政许可的创新成就,并建议进一步推进行政审批制度改革以及相应的政府机构改革。
<Abstrcat> The perfection state of operating mechanism of the administrative licensing organ concerns the realization degree of the fairness and efficiency value goal of the administrative licensing directly. The paper approved ' administrative licensing law 'certainly define concentrate administrative licensing right and unified innovative achievement by adopting the analysis of innovation on organ's operating mechanism of the administrative licensing and relevant backgrounds of ' law of administrative licensing ' to our country, propose advancing the examination and corresponding reform in government organization further.
