摘要
通过鸡蛋在无损状态下光特性透射率的追踪试验及其新鲜度指标(哈夫单位)的同步试验,建立了鸡蛋在光透射率敏感波长下的光特性透射率与新鲜度指标(哈夫单位)的相关数学模型,并得到了鸡蛋按光透射率特性的分级。在此基础上,编制了鸡蛋的新鲜度光特性透射率分级程序。此程序分级准确率达到95%以上,可为鸡蛋无损状态下新鲜度光特性分级装置的研究提供理论依据。
This passage has carried out the optical property transmission rate tracing experiments of eggs when undamaged and the synchronous measurements of the contrast trial to the greenness degree ( HU unit ) of eggs at the same time. The correlative mathematical model of the egg optical transmission and the greenness degree index (HU unit) are built under the sensible wavelength and the grade according to light property transmission of eggs is singled out. The egg greenness degree light property transmission classification program has been worked out basing on this grade,this program classification precision ratio achieves more than 95%, and can provide theory bases for establishing egg greenness degree light property classification device.
