在竞争的市场环境下,企业要想在市场上占有一定的份额,必须具备不为公众所知悉,能为企业带来经济效益,具有实用性,并经企业采取保密措施的技术信息和经营信息等商业秘密。建立和完善约定竞业禁止制度是商业秘密保护的重要手段。
In a competitive market environment, if it wants to occupy a place in the market, an enterprise must possess some practical business secrets such as technical information and management information, which are unknown to the public but can bring economic profits to the enterprise. To build and perfect the system of promissory competing-for-job-prohibition is the important measures to protect the commercial secrets.
