摘要
焦虑是一种情绪紧张形式。外语课堂学习中,大部分学生在面临教师提问时容易出现较高程度的"状态焦虑"。适度的焦虑反应,有利于集中注意力,提高学习效果;过度的焦虑反应则容易导致思维紊乱、削弱自信,降低学习效果。课堂提问过程中,教师应在全面了解学生实际情况的基础上采取适当的方式方法控制课堂学生焦虑状态。
<Abstrcat> Anxiety is a kind of emotional tension. In foreign language class most students are easy to be anxious when confronted with teacher's questions. Appropriate anxiety facilitates students' attention and learning effectiveness whereas over-anxiety may result in debilitating their confidence and learning effectiveness. The teacher, therefore, should have a general understanding of his students and take appropriate measures to control students' anxiety in class.
