摘要
“计划经济为主、市场调节为辅”是陈云计划与市场关系思想的集中表现,也是陈云经济思想的主要组成部分。今天看来,在计划与市场关系问题上,陈云的思想无疑受到了历史的局限,但其中许多思想迄今仍具有重要的启发意义和现实意义。在公有制为主体、多种经济成分并存的商品经济条件下,必须走“计划与市场相结合,以市场调节为基础,以计划调节为主导”之路。
Giving first place to planned economy and taking market regulation as auxiliary measure is the core expression of Chen Yun' economic thoughts on the relation between plan and market, and it is an important part of Chen Yun' economic thoughts. Today when we look back Chen Yun' economic thoughts on the relation between plan and market, we can find out some useful things still. Under the condition of public sector remaining dominant and diverse sectors of the economy developing side by side, we have to go the way of wedding plan with market on the base of market regulation and leading by plan adjustment.
