摘要
随着工商行政管理体制的改革,工商行政财务管理工作在整个工商行政管理中占据重要位置,也必然决定着工商行政管理部门活动的范围和方向,因此,在工商行政财务管理工作中必须树立预算观念、法制观念、全局观念、服务观念、节俭观念。
<Abstrcat> With the reform of industrial and commercial administrative management system, financial management decides the range and direction of the activities in the industrial and commercial administrative department. It also plays an important part in the whole management. So these views, such as budging, law, as a whole, servicing and economical, must be set up in financial management of industrial and commercial administration.
