摘要
"新课改"在西北实验区的实施,大大地调动了教师参与的热情和积极性。实验区建立了符合新课改要求的教学综合素质评价制度。但是,实验中也遇到不少问题和阻力。要解决问题,排除阻力就必须进一步转变对课改的观念;保证实验区教育资金的投入,改善办学条件;不断加强师资培训,提高师资队伍的总体素质。保证新课程改革工作的顺利进行。
Implementing 'new courses reform' in the Northwest test area greatly brings the enthusiam of teacher's Participation into play.The test area has established the comprehensive quality evalution system of teaching,which accords with 'new courses reform' and new requirements.But quite a lot of Problems and obstruction have been come up against in the test.Solving the Problems and getting rid of the obstruction must further change the sense of 'new courses reform';the investment of educational fund in the test area should be secured,the condition of running schools should be improved;teachers' training should be stressed,the orerall quality of the team of teachers should be increased.So that the job of 'new courses reform' can be successfully made.
