摘要
国标规定喷油泵油缸的温度必须控制在38℃~42℃之间,用户要求的温度测量精度为+0.1℃,分辨率0.1/50=1/500。本系统温度测控电路由分度号为PT100的铂热电阻温度传感器、12位串行模数转换器TLC2543、AT89C52单片机构成,对A/D转换数值的后续处理如数值转换、数字滤波、标度转换等,采用软件编程实现,节省了硬件资源。经现场调试、运行,温度控制的准确度、精度都达到了设计要求,系统运行良好。
National standards stipulate that the temperature in the cylinder of oil pump must be controlled to a range of 38℃~42℃, and its test precision of ±0.1℃ and its resolution ratio of 0.1/50=1/500 are required by customers. The temperature test and control circuit is composed of temperature sensor (PT100), A/D converter (TLC2543) and single-chip computer (AT89C52), and the successive processing of A/D conversion, such as numerical conversion, digital filter and demarcation conversion, etc. is realized by software programming. The method can save hardware resources. The test precision and the resolution ratio of the temperature control conform to the design requirement and the stability and credibility of the system have been verified in field.
