摘要
假单孢菌(Pseudomonasspp )20# 5菌株发酵可产生抗多种细菌、病原真菌的活性物质。试验采用测定20# 5菌株发酵液在Bt平板上的抑菌圈直径的方法,研究了不同的离子对20# 5菌株产生活性物质的影响,结果表明,阳离子如Mg2+对活性物质的产生有促进作用而Fe2+表现出抑制作用,其它离子在不同浓度时表现出不同作用。在20# 5菌株发酵的过程中,加入浓度为0 01%~1 0%的TritonX 100能够增加活性物质的产量。
Pseudomonas spp. strain 20~#-5,which produced some stayers was screened to inhibit some bacteria and the mycelial of some fungi. By detecting the diameter of inhibiting zone on Bt plate ,the effects of different irons on the production of strain 20~#-5 were studied. The results showed that Mg^(2+) could promote the production of stayers,while Fe^(2+) exhibited inhibition of production of stayers. Also, surfactant such as TritonX-100 could increase the production at the concentration range of 0.01 %-1.0 %.
