摘要
通过调查、访问、观摩世界锦标赛和奥运会篮球比赛录像,研究分析了大前锋应具备的主要技术动作及大前锋技术运用的规律;指出了现代篮球大前锋应掌握的主要技术动作有脚步动作、抢位与接球、策应传球、投篮、抢篮板球、防有球大前锋和防无球大前锋。大前锋各项技术运用有共性和个性规律,必须全面掌握,才能做到熟练运用。
Based on investigations, visits and deep analysis of video record of world title matches and Olympic games, the author concluded that in modern basketball games, the basic technical movements of a power forward include steps, position, passing ball, and field goal, steal rebound, defense of the other power forward etc. The application of those movements has common rules and particularities. Skillful application of observation, false movement and aggression are key rules to play this position well.
