江西电网调度大楼嵌岩桩设计与检验

摘要 以某超高层建筑嵌岩桩设计实例,论述了依据地质条件采用《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94)公式试算并根据现场静载试验结果选取单桩极限承载力,并经桩基检验和沉降观测加以验证,经济效益显著。 This paper takes the design of socketed pile for a high-rise building as an example and has made,just on the actual geological conditions,a trial calculation of ultimate bearing capacity of a single pile and its selection only with reference to the formula in the Technical Criteria of Constructional Pile Foundation (JGJ94-94) and the value of field static load test as well, and subject to a verification on the results from inspection of pile foundation and settlement observation, the remarkable economic benefits are obtainable therefrom.
