摘要
统筹城乡文化发展是落实科学发展观的重要举措,具有重大战略意义。当前我国农村文化建设和发展水平与城市相比存有很大差距,成为制约农村发展、建设小康社会的重要障碍。为此,必须高度重视农村文化建设,以科学发展观为指导,采取多种措施和途径统筹城乡文化发展。
It have great strategic meanings to plan cultural development in urban and rural areas as a whole, and it’s an important action to implement the scientific concept of development. The cultural construction and developmentlevel in rural far less than in urban, and this become the important obstacle of rural development and building well-offsociety. So, we must pay more attention to the rural cultural construction and take measures and ways to plan culturaldevelopment in urban and rural areas as a whole by guidelines of scientific concept of development.
