摘要
目的研究生长激素对绞股蓝无菌苗生根的影响。方法采取绞股蓝试管繁殖苗插条及外植体,在无菌条件下研究不定根的生成及激素对生根过程的影响。结果扦插诱导生根和茎段、叶片外植体接种诱导生根,培养基中的无机盐浓度是促使生根的主要因素,附加适当浓度的生长素NAA或IAA则会对生根有明显的促进效果,其作用是IAA优于NAA。结论生长激素对绞股蓝无菌苗生根的生长有一定的促进作用。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of growth hormone on aseptic root formation of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum. MethodsUnder aseptic circumstance, the adventitious root formation of the cutting branch and explant of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum and growth hormone intervention in the root formation were observed. ResultsCuttings with leaf bud and leaf blade explant were extremely easy to produce adventitious root. No matter cutting or the stem and leaf blade explant have an induction to producing root; inorganic salt concentration in the culture medium is the major factor affecting root production, nevertheless, proper concentration of growth hormone NAA or IAA can obviously promote the root production, but IAA is superior to NAA. ConclusionGrowth hormone can somewhat promote the root production of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum.
