摘要 神经损伤,尤其是中枢神经损伤一旦发生将给患者,家庭及社会带来沉重的经济、精神负担。神经损伤修复是神经科学家多年研究工作面临的一大挑战。嗅鞘细胞是分布于嗅觉系统嗅球和嗅上皮基底膜的一种特殊的胶质细胞。嗅鞘细胞在体外具有促进轴突再生并促进其较长距离延伸,髓鞘化轴突的能力而使之成为近年来最为吸引人注目的一种促进神经修复的工具。中枢源性与周围源性的嗅鞘细胞具有相似的生物学特性和功能,鼻黏膜活检可以是嗅鞘细胞移植修复神经损伤的自体来源。本文就近年来嗅鞘细胞移植促进受损神经修复的应用研究现状和进展作一综述。 The rehabilitation of impaired nerve always be a challenge for neuroscientists. olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs), found in the olfactory buld and olfactory lamina propria, are special glia cells in the olfactory system. Findings showed that OECs have the ability to promote the regeneration of axon and the formation of mylin sheath. Both central-derived OECs and peripheral-derived OECs have the analogous biological properties and functions . nasal mucosa biospying and culturing may be an accessible source of OECs for autologous transplantation. Recent advances using OECs to promote the rehabilitation of impaired nerve were reviewed.
