摘要
循环流化床(CFB)是一种低成本有效降低NOx、SOx等排放量的洁净煤燃烧技术,近年来一直深受世界各国的普遍重视,并得到了迅速发展。底灰系统是循环流化床锅炉的重要组成部分,底灰系统不仅除去约40%~60%的燃烧灰,还需要除去脱硫剂及产物CaSO4并回收一部分热量,其设计和运行均有许多独到之处。底灰系统由底灰排放系统、底灰的分级和热量回收系统以及底灰的冷却和输送系统等三部分组成,其主要设备包括布风板排灰管、水冷绞龙及底灰输送和水冷绞龙及底灰输送等。锅炉底灰系统在运行过程经常发生炉膛进渣口及排灰管堵塞、底灰冷却器排灰温度高和底灰冷却器排灰管堵塞与结焦等故障,在循环流化床的运行中具有普遍性,经过文中所述的设备改造和运行优化,已得到有效缓解。本文介绍的循环流化床锅炉底灰系统的结构和运行特点对循环流化床锅炉底灰系统的设计和运行具有指导意义。
This paper presents the structure characteristics and operation features of the bottom ash system in Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boilers. CFB is a clean coal combustion technique for an effective reduction of emission of NO_X and SO_X etc. at a low cost. It has been attracting more and more attentions from many countries worldwide and has been experiencing a rapid development in last few years. Bottom ash system is an important part of a CFB boiler. It is consisted of bottom ash discharge system、bottom ash classification and heat recovery system、bottom ash cooling and conveyor system. It can not only remove 40%~60% of combustion ash、desulphurization dosage and CaSO_4, but also recover part of the heat. Its design and operation have many special features. The main body includes ash discharge pipes of air distribution board、water cooled conveyor and bottom ash conveyor. During operation, there often occur accidents, such as clogs in furnace slag inlet and ash discharge pipes、over heating discharged ash from bottom ash cooler、clogs and slagging in the ash pipes, etc. Such kinds of accidents are very common in the operation of CFB, which can be prevented by equipment upgrading and operation optimization. The presented structure characteristics and operation features of bottom ash system in CFB boilers are instructive and helpful for the design and smooth operation of GFB boilers.
