摘要
采用反相乳液聚合法,将水溶性单体溶于水相,借助乳化剂和搅拌作用,将其分散于非极性有机液体中,形成油包水型(W/O型)乳液,进而聚合成涂料印花增稠剂MCS。通过试验聚合温度、通氮排氧措施和交联剂等因素对增稠性以及印制效果的影响,结果表明,温度在60~70℃的条件下,加入适量的交联剂,通氮20~30min,即可获得性能较佳的印花增稠剂。印制织物具有牢度好、花型轮廓清晰、手感佳的优点。
Thickener MCS for pigment printing was prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization with water-based monomers dispersing in non-polar organic solvent aided with agitation and emulsifier to form W/O (water-in-oil)emulsion. Experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of polymerizing temperature, crosslinker and nitrogen input on thickening and printing results. It is shown that thickener MCS prepared at 60~70 ℃ with suitable amount of crosslinker and nitrogen input for 20~30 minutes can impart the fabric good color fastness, soft handle and sharp definition.
