摘要
本文首先提出饭店的开发设计是饭店产品研发的最初阶段。而我国长期以来重复、无特色的饭店开发使得饭店产品缺乏差异性,掉入了“商品化”的陷阱。这不利于满足人们日益上升的消费需求。由于“体验”是走出“商品化”陷阱的一个良好途径。因此,本文在界定了体验的概念之后,根据体验经济的基本内涵,提出了基于体验的饭店开发设计策略。
The article firstly put forward that the nature of hotel development and design is the very beginning of hotel product configuration. However, the China's hotel industry has gone into a 'commoditization' trap due to no differentiation in its development and design process, who can not meet the customers' up-rising expectations. So, we should utilize the concept of 'experience economy' to develop hotels in China in respect that 'experience' is a powerful weapon to counteract 'commoditization'. The concept of experience is defined, and the experience-based strategies for hotel constructing are presented.
