摘要
本实验证明五仁醇可使慢性肝损伤大白鼠LDH_5和SGPT 下降,清蛋白增多,r-球蛋白减少,清、球蛋白比率增高,肝中胶元含量明显降低,病理改变减缓.以上结果说明五仁醇对慢性肝损伤具有保护作用。
The effect of Wu Renchun(WRC)was studied in the model of chronic hepatic injury.WRC was found to decrease the LDH_5,SGPT,serum γ-globulin andthe content of collagen in liver,to increase the albuminand the albumin-globulin ratio and to ease hepaticpathological changes in rats with chronichepatic injury.Inconclusion,WRC has a protective effectagainst chronic hepatic injury.
