介绍了不锈钢波纹管的特点以及在冰机氨冷凝器中的应用情况.实际使用情况证明,波纹管换热器具有高效、节能等优点.使用后,冰机出口压力由1.70～1.75 MPa降至1.50～1.55 MPa,循环水量由3 500 m3/h减少至1 800 m3/h ,且杜绝了氨直接放空,有利于环保.
A description is given of the characteristics of stainless steel corrugated tubes and their use in the freezer ammonia condenser. Their actual use proves that the heat exchanger with corrugated tubes has the advantages of high efficiency and energy conservation. After their use the exit pressure of the freezer decreases from 1.70~1.75 MPa to 1.50~1.55 MPa, the quantity of circulating water reduces from 3 500 m3/h to 1 800 m3/h, and the direct venting of ammonia is prevented, thus favorable to environmental protection.
