摘要
电刺激大鼠中缝大核,在脊髓背表面记录到的两个慢电位正波(NRM-CDP-1波和NRM-CDP-2波)与同步记录的NRM-DRPs 极性相反,即NRM-CDPs 都是正电位,NRM-DRPs 为负电位。在时间上二者相互对应.腹腔注射印防己碱可以使NRM-CDP-1波电位幅值显著降低.切断双侧DLF,NRM-CDPs 消失。这些结果说明,NRM-CDPs 是NRM 下行冲动引起的脊髓PAD 的反映.提示,NRM 可能以突触前抑制方式参与下行控制.
Two slow positive potential waves (NEM-CDP-1 and NRM-CDP-2)are recordedin the spinal cord dorsal surface as the nucleus raphemagnus is stimulated by the electrisity in the ra.Al-though the NRM-CDPs and NRM-DRPs waveshave opposite polarity,the NRM-CDPs are positive,whereas the NRM-DRPs are negative,they havecomparable time course.The injection of picrotoxinsignificantly reduces the amplitude of theNRM-CDP-1 wave.Bilateral transection of DLFabolishes the NRM-CDPs.These results indicate thatthe NRM-CDP is a reflection of the primary afferentdepolarization caused by the stimulation of NRM.
