摘要
随着中国经济发展和居民消费水平的提高,连锁购物中心的建设已成为中国商业发展的一个热门课题,它是继百货商店热、商业街热之后,又掀起的第三次商业房地产建设的浪潮。本文针对当前中国的实际情况,论析了我国购物中心发展面临的几大“瓶颈”,并借鉴国际国内的成功经验,提出了相应的对策。
With China's economic growth and the improvement of its people's consumption capacity,the construction of shopping mall has become a hot topic of china's business development,which is seen as the third wave of business property construction after departemnt store and business street.In respect of the facts in China currently, the author discusses and analyzes the main bottlenecks against the development of shopping centers, correspondingly, putting forth the countermeasures according to the successful experiences internationally and domestically.
