摘要
[背景]探讨女性尿道处女膜融合症的手术治疗方法.[病例报告]采用缩小阴道口并将阴道口前缘后移的手术方法治疗女性尿道处女膜融合症12例,手术去除尿道外口狭窄和硬结,使尿道保持平滑通畅,通过折叠阴道前壁的方法在缩小阴道口的同时延长尿道外口与阴道口间距,使其大于1.5cm.随访6～36个月,10例症状消失且未复发,另2例膀胱刺激症状减轻.[讨论]阴道口前缘后移术操作简单易行,治疗效果可靠,是治疗尿道处女膜融合症的有效方法.
BACKGROUNDTo study a modified operation for the treatment of urethral hymenal fusion.CASE REPORTS12 patients were undergone by the modified meatoplasty. The key points of the operative (procedure) were excision of the pathological changes at the external meatus and widened the distance between the external meatus and ostium vaginae to >1.5cm. 12 cases had been followed up for 6～36 months with 10 cured of the disease and 2 patients were improved.DISCUSSIONThe modified operation is claimed to be simple and effective for the treatment of urethral hymenal fusion.
