摘要
通过对某发电厂5、6号发电机静子线棒(包括矩形铜管及扁铜条)断裂试样的断口宏观及扫描电镜观察、化学成分、断口表面能谱成分、金相组织等检验结果进行分析,认为该线棒断裂原因为腐蚀疲劳。
Through visual and scanning electron microscopic inspections and analyses of chemical, fracture surface energy spectrum and metallurgic analysis results of stator winding bar sample (including rectangle copper tube and flat copper bar) of generators Nos. 5 and 6 in Cangzhou power plant, it comes to a conclusion that the fracture is caused by corrosion fatigue.
