摘要
为了确定了合适的工艺参数,对铝合金的涡旋盘进行硬质阳极氧化工艺试验,研究了试验中相关因素对氧化膜质量的影响,确定了符合产品要求的硬质阳极氧化工艺。
For confirming the suitable techniological parameter,the process test for the anode oxidation to the aluminium alloy orbit scroll was carried on.The effect of the related factor in test on quality of oxide film was analyzed.The horniness anode oxidation technology meeting the request of the products was defined.
