摘要
采用振动台力量训练法(VSM)和传统力量训练方法(TM)对上海体育学院体育系跳远专修的学生进行下肢肌肉力量训练,振动台的刺激频率为20~25HZ,加速度为15~20m/s2经过八周系统的力量训练,利用测力台和Biodex分别对下肢最大蹬伸力量和踝关节屈伸肌的等速力量进行测试,实验结果表明VSM比TM训练法能更有效地提高屈伸肌群的快慢速肌力,使屈伸肌群的快慢速肌力得到同时协调的发展。但实验结果还表明VSM对肌肉耐力的作用效果不是很理想,所以在采用VSM力量训练方法的时候要加强对肌肉耐力的训练。
The students of Shanghai Institute of PE volunteered to participate the strength training and were assigned randomly to experimental-vibrational platform strength training (VSM) groups and control-traditional strength training(TM) groups. The range of the vibration frequency is 20~25HZ and the acceleration is 15~20m/s^2. The flexors and the extensors of ankel′s was measured by Biodex after eight weeks system strength training. Though compared the difference of the two strength methods, the results of this article reveals that VSM can more effect harmoniously improved the ordinary speed and rapid speed strength of the flexors and the extensors, but the effects of muscle′s resistance are not good enough.
