摘要
结合国内外无网格法的最新研究动态和板料成形过程的特点,从模型的建立、近似函数和离散原理、材料本构关系、接触摩擦问题、边界条件的处理五个方面叙述了用无网格法来分析板料成形过程的关键技术和难点。与有限元法比较,无网格法具有近似函数没有网格依赖性,自适应性强,前后处理简单等优点,同时无网格法的研究才刚刚起步,在严格的数学论证,计算效率,边界条件的处理和大量的应用实例等方面还不成熟。因此,将无网格法应用于金属板料成形过程的研究具有广阔的发展前景。
Combined with the characteristics of sheet forming process and the latest development inmeshless method at home and abroad,this paper discusses the key technology and difficulties inmeshless method about modeling,functional approximation and discrete principle,constitutiverelation,frictional contact problem and imposing boundary conditions.Compared to FEM,meshlessmethod has the characteristics of independent from mesh,strong adaptability and simple pre/postprocesses.The method is not mature in strict mathematics provement,calculation efficiency,boundary condition and instances because it's a new method.Because of the merit of no mesh andeasiness in pre/post processes,the meshless seems to have a good prospect in the metal formingsimulationf ield.
