摘要
本文对毛蠓幼虫和蛹的形态进行了观察描述,认为患者出现下腹内针刺样痛,系毛蠓幼虫体末端呼吸管,指状突上的长刺,固着在患者组织上所致。
A male patient is a bus drives,he complained oftendrinking stream water of beside higway and pains in lower abdomen as thorn as point of needle. Recently he had taken Piperarine Citrute and next morning passig urine exports these larvae.On microscope observe the front body of larvae constant sway in water, size 7.8×0.02mm milk white chitine the head and tail is brown leather. Head part cone 0.02 ×0.03mm(base) antenna end is a bunch of bristles the eyes clear in early instar,mouth chewing the labrum is spherical raised and surface distribtus tralngle spines the comp spines on lower of mandible and two bunch of spines on medium part, many thin long hairs on lower maxilla the labium is not obvious.Larvae body is 12 segments surface distributs black microspines,on back of last 6 segments has brown fleck,tail is respire tuble 4 finger rise high on end the 7 -8 long spines on top of finger rise high.Pupa brown is libera size 5×1.5mm.Apair respire tuble on cephaloth-orax many round rise high and hole on respire tuble from base to top,abdomen 8 segments retured to back many traingle spines on each segment. According to Classification of Insect these larvae is Psychodidae Psycho -dinae Psychoda.Writer believe the long sqines of larvas tail is lead to pains as thorn as point of needie in lower abdomen.This is Myiasis of Psychode larvas.
