通过对三家大型炼油企业PIMS模型的深入开发和试应用,形成企业简捷原油数据库和常减压切割工具,采用机理模型和回归技术建立DeltaBase结构,建立非线性调合、全厂硫分布、多周期模型结构,开发灵活适用的报表系统,形成完整的技术模板和实施规范流程,为中国石化进一步深化原油资源优化项目应用和该技术的推广创造了条件。
Processes Industry Modeling System (PIMS) was used to set up an optimized model for responding to the market demand while minimizing the cost, and the model was applied in three major refineries. Large amount of on stream data from various facilities were acquired and the correlations between inventory level and processing plan were established for applying PIMS in these refineries. The testing also launched Delta-Base structures, which were used in secondary processing units. In addition, the system examined the processing of sour crude oil, tracked and modeled the sulfur distribution inside the refinery, and set up the equilibrium level of sulfur needed in the refinery. An interactive non-linear blending model was created to satisfy various quality indicators. The customization of the PIMS reporting system better served the specific needs of the enterprise. The user-friendly interface made it easy to generate various reports. In summary, the PIMS application developed integrated models and canonical developing process. This provides a good foundation for promoting said technology and further putting forward the Crude Optimization Project.
