安泰科技股份有限公司和福建炼油化工有限公司联合开发了全自动油浆过滤系统。该系统以高性能烧结不锈钢丝网微孔材料作过滤组件,以FCC干气和柴油为反冲洗剂,形成滤芯反冲洗连续运行,自动化操作,反冲洗剂及催化剂平稳回送,油浆处理量达12t/h。在福建炼油化工有限公司1.50Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上的应用结果表明,油浆固含量(灰分)由滤前的3000~9000μg/g降至滤后平均小于200μg/g,达到设计指标,满足了油浆替代蜡油作燃料和去焦化作原料的工艺要求,并且经济效益显著,约可节约335万元/a。
An automatic filtering system developed by Advanced Technology & Materials Company and Fujian Petrochemical Company has been used in the 1.50Mt/a heavy oil FCC unit for filtering the solid particles in slurry. The filtering element is a sintering stainless steel net with high performance, and the FCC dry gas is used for back flushing and LCO for immersion. Two filters are alternately in service and back flushing by automatic operation. The application showed that the treating slurry capacity reached 12t/h, and the solid content in the slurry reduced from 3 000-9 000μg/g to an average of less than 200μg/g after filtration, which met the design index and the requirement for fuel and coking feedstock. The economic profit was obvious, it saved 3.35 million yuan per year for the refinery.
