摘要
招商引资是实施开放带动战略的重要途径,是加速中原崛起的有效手段。与东部地区相比,目前河南省招商引资还处于初级阶段。这一方面说明了招商引资任务的紧迫性和艰巨性,另一方面也说明了河南省在招商引资工作上必须有新的举措。
Inviting investment is the main channel to conduct the strategy of opening policy promoting the local development,and it is considered to be the effective way to accelerate the rapid development of central plains. However,compared with eastern erea, our province is still in the primary stage. This situation shows the urgency and toughness of investment invitation; on the other hand it indicates that new methods should be taken to promote this task in our province.
