摘要
根据模式识别理论,论述了采用图象处理技术进行煤矸石在线识别与自动分选的原理,提出了一种基于CAN控制器的单片机煤矸石自动分选系统的结构,介绍了系统的软硬件设计,讨论了抗干扰措施。
According to the pattern recognition theory, the principle of on line recognition and automation selection of coal gangues from coal bulk using image processing technology was discussed in the paper. The system's structure based on CAN controller with single-chip microcomputer was proposed, the design methods of system's hardware and software were introduced, and the anti-disturbance methods were also discussed.
