摘要
本文以雅豪庭园住宅小区规划设计,论述对新时期小区设计的新思路探索与尝试。提出了“价值定位”理论,首先从“概念规划”入手,提倡环境资源,理性地分析与创造高品质的人居环境,必须以人为中心,使规划好的小区住宅成为自然环境可持续发展的载体。
