摘要
本文报导在工业生产条件下、用少量浓盐酸和氯化钠(或氯化铵)混合物代替单独用浓盐酸提供氯化氢气体,制备氯甲醚的方法。它不仅提高了氯甲醚的产量,减少了废酸液的排放,而且还可获得具有一定价值的副产品,降低了生产成本。
In this paper,it is reported that chloromethyl ether can be produced by hydro-gen chloride by using the mixture of a small amount of dense hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride(or ammomium chloride)instead of only using dense hydrochloric acid under the con-ditions of the industrial process. The new method increases the productivity of chloromethyl ether and decreases the waste acid liquid.At the same time,some useful by-products are ob-tained and the cost of production is reduced.
