摘要
目的应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折7例,观察疗效,总结经验。方法2002年1月-2004年6月,通过在“C”臂X光机透视下,逆行交锁髓内钉治疗AO分类的A型4例,C型3例。结果7例手术成功,术后3-5d行CPM机锻炼,4周扶拐下地行走,膝关节功能优良率为90%。结论逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折,是一个理想的方法,可推广应用。
Objective To report practical experience in treatment of femoral fractures of distal end in 7 cases by the retrograde intramedullary nail. Methods Patients with femoral fractures of distal end from January 2002 to June 2004 were treated by retrograde intramedully interlocking nailing. AO classification system was used for all cases. 4 cases were grouped into type A and 3, type C. Results 7 cases performed rehabilitation routine training by CPM followed 3 to 5 days after the surgery and all of them could step in support of crutches within four weeks. Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nailing is a beneficial way for treating formal fractures of distal end and can be widely employed in such cases.
