摘要
本文将考查有关反对和支持人类胚胎干细胞研究的伦理论证,尤其是支持和反对利用核转移技术形成人类胚胎(即人的治疗性克隆)从而取得全能干细胞的伦理论证。在分析这些论证中作者将着重讨论人类胚胎的价值和道德地位问题。文章最后的结论将是:在一定的条件下支持人的治疗性克隆是在伦理学上可以得到辩护的,或在伦理学上可以允许的。
The ethical arguments for and against human embryonic stem cell research, especially those arguments for and against human therapeutic cloning were reviewed. In the analysis of those arguments the author focused on the value and moral status of human embryo has. The ethical arguments for and against human reproductive cloning was also discussed. In the conclusion the author claims that it is ethically justifiable to ban human reproductive cloning, and it is ethically justifiable to conduct human therapeutic cloning in a certain conditions, or it is ethically permissive to conduct human therapeutic cloning.
