摘要
随着全面建设小康社会进程的加快,人们对住宅的要求越来越高。为设计出既舒适、安全又符合人们精神、物质要求且经济实用的住宅,必须树立新的住宅设计理念,即住宅设计要以人为本,要突出和谐,要关爱老人,关注细节。
Along with the rapid progress of building the all-round well-off society, the requirements of the people for the residential house are higher and higher. In order to make the residential design that not only is comfortable, safe, economic and practicable but also fit in with the spiritual and physical requirements of the people, must establish the new conception of the residential design of taking the people as the base, laying stress on the concordance, taking care of the old people, and paying attention to the minor details.
