摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌复发因素。方法回顾性分析1994～2003年115例乳腺癌治疗后的复发情况。结果总复发率13.0%(115/882),2年内复发占70%(80/115)。复发以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期居多,分别占43.4%(50/115)、28.3%(32/115)。结论乳腺癌早期治疗能较好的预防复发,经典根治术对延长复发有一定的意义。
Objective To explore the factor of local recurrence in breast cancer.Methods Retrospectively analyzed 115 patients with primary breast cancer who underwent breast conserving treatment or mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection from 1994 to 2003.Results The total recurrence rate were 13.0%(115/882);The 2 year recurrence rate were 70%(80/115).The recurrence rate of Ⅲ,Ⅳ period were 43.4%(50/115),28.3%(32/115) respectively.Conclusion Early diagnosis and therapy will efficiently decrease the rate of local recurrence in breast cancer.The improve operational technique and adjuvant therapeutic could got effctively.
