摘要
采用５／６肾切除制备大鼠慢性肾功能不全模型以冬虫夏草进行实验治疗，利用计算机图像分析系统及组织学半定量记分法对肾脏病理改变进行了分析。结果显示冬虫夏草可以降低血尿素氮及肌酐水平，对５／６肾切除大鼠肾小球的肥大有一定阻抑作用，并能明显减轻肾脏病理改变。
Chinese herb medicine一Cordyceps sinensis (CS)was taken to treat the animal modelof chronic
renal insufficiency induced in wistar rat by 5/6 nephrectormy. The glomerular areaofwere
measured using a computer image analysis system and the renal histological changes
theserats were evaluated according to 7 parameters-mesangial hypercellularity, mesangial
sclerosis,interstitial fibrosis, tubular atrophy and vascular lesions. The results showed that CS
decreasedsignificantly the level of BUN and scr in experimental rats and inhibited hypertrophy
of theglomeruli in those rats the renal histological lesions of the experimental rats were
improved bytreatment with CS。
