摘要
对１１例接受心脏直视术患者术前，术中，术后９ｄ内血浆、血清、红细胞中镁的含量以及尿中镁的排泄量进行了测定。结果表明，术中术后的补镁量有效地预防并纠正了低镁血症的发生，我院心外科的补镁方案是合理可行的。
The levels of
magnesium in serum,plasma,erythrocyte and urine were determined in11 cases undergoing
open heart surgery,Samples were taken daily before,during and after cardi-opulmonary bypass
operation for 9 days.Results showed that the amount of magnesium supplementduring and
after operation may prevent and correct hypomagnesemia syndrome.It is reasonable toapply a
programm of magnesium supplement during the period for patients undergoing open
heartsurgery,This programm may be used in other hospitals.
