摘要
通过分析现有售后服务模式的特点,结合信息技术和现代集成制造技术,提出了一种面向现代集成制造的网络化售后服务模式。在建立面向现代集成制造的网络化售后服务模式目标体系和业务流程的基础上,对面向现代集成制造的网络化售后服务模式的功能、组织和信息模型进行了研究。介绍了面向现代集成制造的网络化售后服务模式的系统开发及应用。
Through the characteristic analysis of existence after sales service modes as well as combination information and contemporary integrated manufacturing technologies, the paper put forward a networked after sales mode for contemporary integrated manufacture. On the basis of the enactment of goal system and operation process of this pattern, the paper constructed corresponding functional model, organizational model and information model. In the end, there was a description of application system of this after sales service mode.
