摘要
介绍了如何将虚拟样机技术引入到带传动的动态设计中,并通过对一个简单带传动虚拟样机模型摩擦力的分析,说明在带传动动态分析中,使用虚拟样机技术的可行性和有效性,进而就如何利用虚拟样机技术对带传动动态特性做深入研究的方式和方法进行了初步探讨。
How to analyses the dynamic characteristic of the belt drive by using of virtual prototyping technology (VPT) is mainly discussed in the paper. Through analyzing friction of simple model of the belt drive, it is indicated the feasibility and validity that the VPT is used in the dynamic characteristic research of the belt drive. Moreover, the method and mode of the advancing research of the dynamic characteristic of the belt drive by using of VPT are discussed in the paper.
