摘要
该文探讨了将啤酒麦芽发芽箱(Saladin发芽箱)改造成醋酸发酵箱的具体改造方法,实际生产中设备的应用和操作,生产时工艺参数的确定,并计算了改造费用。使用该醋酸发酵箱进行了多次生产试验,结果显示此方法能增加原料出醋率,减少生产厂房占地面积,减轻劳动强度,改善环境卫生,提高自动化程度。
This article discussed the approaches to transform the Saladin germination bin to acetic fermentation tank, the practical application and operation of production equipment, the determination of production parameters, as well as the expenses of transformation. The result of experimentation to apply this transformation to practice after many times showed that, this method was able to increase the productivity of the material, reduce the space of the workshop, ease the labor intensity, improve the environmental sanitation, and elevate the degree of automatization.
