摘要
文章详细介绍了一种利用计算机网络技术、数据库技术以及CTI技术构建的大型企业电话信息管理系统,以提高企业的管理水平和工作效率,改善对用户的服务质量。此外,还阐述了该系统的网络构成、服务器以及8个工作站所应具有的详细功能,并结合目前的实际情况对该系统的扩展性进行了详细分析。
In this paper it is introduced that network technique, database technique and CTI technique are applied to set up the telephone information management system in a large enterprise. It can improve the management level and working efficiency, improve the service quality to users. The network structure, servers and the detailed functions of 8 workstations were explained, and the system expansion was analyzed in detail combined with the actual conditions.
