颈部动脉夹层动脉瘤被认为是缺血性卒中的少见病因,往往发生在外伤后,只有尸检才能诊断。近年来,研究人员已对该病进行了深入的研究和报道。文章就颈部动脉夹层动脉瘤的家族因素、临床表现、诊断和治疗进行综述。
Cervical artery dissection is considered as a rare etiology in ischemic stroke. It often occurs after a trauma. It can only be diagnosed at autopsy. In recent years, this conditon has been thoroughly studied and reported. The article reviews the family factors, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of cervical artery dissection.
