摘要
以酿酒酵母(Saccharomycescerevisiae)乳酸抗性突变株T-27-24(浕trp-ura-)和其出发菌株T-27(浕trp-ura-)为研究对象,考察了其乳酸抗性产生的原因并对其突变体进行了遗传分析。结果表明:该突变株对乳酸的抗性不是由于对环境条件的适应而产生的,而是由基因突变产生的;考察线粒体消除T-27-24(浕trp-ura-)菌株与乳酸抗性敏感菌株S13-18(alys-)杂合二倍体在乳酸抗性平板上的生长情况,证明乳酸抗性突变基因位于核基因上,同时对T-27(浕trp-ura-)和S13-18(alys-)杂合二倍体进行四分体分析,发现乳酸抗性属单基因控制,且为显性基因控制。
The experiment mainly dealed with the reason of a haploid mutant T-27-24(ɑ trp^- ura^-) of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on the resistance to Lactic acid and genetic analysis of the mutant. The results showed that the reason of the resistance to lactic acid did not lie in adapting to environmental condition ,but lay in the gene mutant. From the analysis of the haploid of T-27-24(ɑ trp^- ura^-) without mitochondrion and S13-18(a lys^-), the results showed that the mutant gene lay in gene of nucleolus. From the tetrad analysis of the hybrids of several T-27-24(ɑ trp^- ura^-) and S13-18(a lys^-) strains, the results showed that the resistance to lactic acid was controlled by single gene which was dominant.
