摘要
试验研究了几种黏菌的显型原质团的一般形态、培养特性、内含物、减数分裂时期。结果表明:典型的显型原质团为扁平的网脉状结构,前端呈扇形,具有不同的颜色,为一团裸露的原生质,外无细胞壁,包有1层胶黏质的鞘,鞘含有微纤丝,并随着原质团在基物上爬行过程中脱落而留下痕迹。显型原质团内部是多核的。原质团内含有大量的石灰质,原质团易被其它微生物侵染。不同原质团中的内含物大致相同。针箍菌的减数分裂发生在孢囊形成时期、孢子形成前。
<Abstrcat> Preliminary studies were performed on general morphology, culture characteristics, inclusion and meiosis of phaneroplasmodium. The results indicated: The plasmodium is a soft, flattered sheet of acellular protoplasm capable of migrating, feeding and growing up to larger in length. The plasmodium is naked protoplasm without cellwall, covered with stickiness sheath containing microfibril on which trace leaves behind while plasmodia migration. Main inclusion is dissociated nuclei. Similar inclusions exist in varied plasmodium. The position of meiosis in the life cycles of Physarella oblonga is cystformation phase,before spore formation.
